Our story

Founded to close the gap between data and intelligence

DeltaIQ exists to close the gap between the data NDIS providers capture every day and the intelligence they need to operate well. Founded in 2025 and based in Australia, the company is purpose-built for the sector - not a general-purpose AI tool repurposed for NDIS use.

Providers already capture thousands of data points daily - progress notes, rosters, incidents, plans, budgets. But that data is fragmented across systems built to record activity, not to analyse it. Margins are thin, plan renewals are decided on incomplete evidence, and quality signals get lost in the noise.

DeltaIQ was founded by Jason Collins - former CIO at one of Australia's largest disability providers (1,250+ SIL participants), and previously the platform lead at a leading NDIS software company. He has been the provider struggling with margins. He has been the platform builder watching the data accumulate.

The intelligence layer between those two sides is what was missing. DeltaIQ is being built to fill it.

Why DeltaIQ

The disability sector doesn't need more software. It needs intelligence.

NDIS providers already have operational platforms. These systems are essential. They handle rostering, progress notes, billing, and compliance. But they're built to capture data, not to analyse it.

The result is a gap. Providers can tell you what happened, but not what it means. They can bill correctly, but they can't tell you where margin is leaking. They can write progress notes, but they can't automatically compile evidence for a plan renewal. They can submit a Roster of Care, but they can't model whether the funded hours actually match their staffing reality.

That gap is expensive. Around half of NDIS providers reported losses in 2023-24. SIL margins average 4.5%. At those margins, even small inefficiencies compound fast.

DeltaIQ doesn't replace your operational platform. It sits alongside it and turns the data you already capture into financial clarity, automated evidence, and care quality insights. It's the intelligence layer that providers need.
